Refund Policy – Khatt

At Khatt, each piece is specially handcrafted and often made-to-order. Due to the nature of our designs:
1. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any orders, including custom, made-to-measure, or ready pieces.
2. Damaged Items
In the rare case that you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos.
After assessment, we will offer repair or replacement depending on availability.
3. Incorrect Product
If a wrong product has been delivered, notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement.
