Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, each piece is carefully inspected and packaged by hand at our studio. Processing typically takes 2–3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to ensure every garment meets our quality standards before it leaves our hands.

During festive or high-demand seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We will keep you informed should any delay arise.

Order Tracking

A shipment confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to become active on the carrier's website. You can also log into your account on withlovekhatt.com to view live tracking updates.

Packaging & Care

Every Khatt garment is folded with intention and placed in our signature tissue-lined packaging — designed to protect delicate weaves, embroidery, and zari work during transit. Fragile or heavier pieces are further secured with protective padding.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are determined by your country's regulations and are payable by the recipient upon delivery. We will clearly declare all items and their value on the customs form to ensure a smooth clearance process.

Please note: Khatt is unable to control customs processing timelines. If your parcel is held at customs, we recommend contacting your local postal or customs authority with your tracking number for an update.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please first check your tracking status. Should the parcel appear lost or significantly delayed beyond the stated timeframe, reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address & Delivery Details

Please double-check your shipping address at the time of checkout. Khatt is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges of defective or damaged products only. User should raise return/exchange query within 2 days of delivery, provided you submit a recorded unpacking video or other proof of the product's condition upon arrival.
