8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

  • Slight variations in measurements (within 1-2 cm)
  • Fabric creases or wrinkles from packaging (can be ironed)
  • Color variations due to different monitor displays
  • Differences between product photos and actual product due to lighting

8.4 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Products marked "Final Sale"
  • Products purchased during special promotional events (unless otherwise stated)
  • Products that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged by the customer
