All Khatt pieces are crafted to order with care and intention. We accept returns or exchanges of defective or damaged products only. User should raise return/exchange query within 2 days of delivery, provided you submit a recorded unpacking video or other proof of the product's condition upon arrival.

We encourage you to review product details, size guides, and fabric descriptions thoroughly before purchasing. Please ensure your unpacking video clearly shows the unopened package, the unboxing process, and the product's condition.
